    舟山沈家门

    今年是第四年来舟山了,但是仍然对它知道得很少,只记得上学的时候学过,舟山渔场是世界4大渔场之一。这次在酒店里看到了一本介绍舟山的杂志,才对这个城市多一些地解,也十分佩服这些搞公共宣传的人的文笔,真的可以妙笔生花。
     
    每次来都住在沈家门码头附近,这算是舟山最热闹的地方,沿着码头的一条路颇有上海外滩的味道。但是,这里有更浓的海腥味,有更喧闹的人群,有更多的渔船,所以它更让人觉得亲切和放松。看了杂志的介绍,才知道世界上仅有的3个能看到上万条渔船同时入港的景象地方就包扣沈家门。这里有得天独厚的地理优势,狭长的多口海道,避风条件好,所以才有了照片中桅樯如林的景象。
     
    每次来舟山,海鲜是餐桌上的主角。鱼是无论如何也不能少的,虽然每次吃鱼我都会问客户这是什么鱼,可是仍然没有能记得住的。清蒸是最常见的做法,还有椒盐,或者晒成鲞(xiang)蒸着吃,(这也是目前最让我着迷的吃法,以前都觉得晒出来的鱼干只是咸,现在吃到的居然是能留下满嘴的香,好像鱼肉中最纯的味道都被提炼了)。这里还见识了北方没有的蔬菜,长蒲:长的很长,类似绿色的茄子,但是很长,吃起来的口感有些脆,类似莴笋。可惜自己不是个海鲜超级着迷的人,不然就可以大开杀戒啦。哈哈/
     
    P.S. 突然发现自己把自己的space弄得好乱,写得乱七八糟的。惭愧。惭愧。
